Brief

Schaefer Outfitter wanted to reintroduce its women’s apparel collection and attract a new audience. While the brand had strong recognition among male customers, awareness and engagement among women were low. The challenge was to shift brand perception, elevate awareness, and drive meaningful engagement with female customers — ultimately growing women’s e-commerce traffic and sales.

Creative

We developed and led a bold, integrated 360° campaign — combining creative direction, art direction, and design — to reintroduce the women’s line with fresh storytelling and visual language. Through dedicated productions and multi-channel execution across e-commerce, social, paid media, and more, we positioned Schaefer to authentically connect with women. The launch delivered a 200% increase in women’s e-commerce visitors, doubled women’s sales, and significantly boosted engagement across all social channels, bringing a wave of new female customers to the brand.
