The challenge was converting genuine excitement into fast sell-through across every channel — email, web, social, and an in-person release party at the distillery.
We built a two-phase drop. First, scarcity and intent — a waitlist, an announcement cadence, short-form video and stills that told the story of the label and the liquid. Then a tight day-of sequence: homepage hero, PDP, email, paid and organic social, all firing together. The release party brought it to life in person — custom posters, programming, bottle pickup at the distillery.
Sold out in under 24 hours. Same-day distillery pickup synchronized seamlessly with online demand. And when it was over, we had something that outlasted the bottle — a reusable limited-release playbook Still Austin could run again.
